Hey,
I promise that I will have some new stuff soon.
Maybe some writing and a photomanip.
But after that there'll be a long break. Definitely no photography or any big projects coming up. The photomanip will come as soon as I can check and adjust the colours on a proper screen. The writing I'm not so sure about. I'm always so hesitant about sharing writing because I always feel like it's not ready yet. I'd also really like to get some critique and constructive criticism because it's difficult to find anywhere else. I guess it's my own fault for not actively getting people to read my work and comment...so I shouldn't really complain. (:
The photomanip is teetering between two ideas. I did some bad decisions early on so now it's very difficult to change anything, but I can't decide whether I should go light or dark. I think I'll go for the dark version because my last manip was such a light, pastel-coloured one.
Also, I'm super excited about working with Hexigon some time in the future! I can't wait! (:
But yeah, hope everyone enjoys their spring/autumn! It's still snowy and icy here. It snowed a little today when I was outside walking.

Summer Rain

Wow, I haven't written anything in ages. What can I say, I've been busy, and I discovered StayFocusd so that I can stay focused. It's pretty good at its job.
Deviations? None. I haven't touched Photoshop in months except when I had to send a scan of some Math notes to a friend and had to resize the scan. Photos? None. I think my camera's broken, but I haven't even had time to test it. One day it just wouldn't focus on anything, but I hope that was only because it was low on battery. Writing? Some. Better than the others at least. I've been editing poetry that's been in my Work in Progress folder for ages. Homework? Tons and tons of it. But that doesn't count. (:
Eeep. I wish everyone a nice summer! (Or winter if it's winter time where you are!) I've got a great summer planned, but I'll probably tell more once I've gotten through the summer.

Wowh, a lot more happened in 2009 than I remembered. I think I'll always remember 2009. (:

* Learn to play Sibelius's Kuusi (and finally perform for them)
* Learn the first movement of Beethoven's Piano Sonata No. 14
* Finish my 09 NaNo
* Do well in my final German exam
* Finally learn to drive a car
* REEEEEEEADDD (finish all my unread books before buying new ones)
* Get a summer job
* Go to England
* Take the metro all the way to Itäkeskus
* Watch LotR extended version trilogy
* Finish the playlist
* Sort out the music on my laptop
...
And a lot more. (: But those are some general plans that came to my mind.
I hope everyone had some amazing moments in 2009 and I hope everyone experiences many new and beautiful things in 2010!

One day my baby and I are going to go to Hawaii, but for this year, I'll just wish you all a joyful and peaceful Christmas from the warmth (metaphorical warmth, literal coldness) of Finland! So, season's greetings and happy holidays and all that! (:
I shall write up my traditional 2009 report and 2010 plans journal entry after Christmas (but before New Year's Eve). So you'll have to wait for that.
So until then, I shall relax and enjoy the beauty of Christmas, and I wish you all a wonderful time!
(And yeees, NaNoWriMo09 chapter(s) will be put up! I swear!)
